h1 transfer premium

Hi,
Need some help and inputs.

1) I have valid Visa till Oct 08 from previous employer.
2) My new employer has filed for H1 transfer. I know I can't travel with the approval even though I am not going for stamping.
3) I have to travel to INDIA in Nov 07 and haven't got any approval. I have just my receipt no#. The current processing date for VERMONT is 23 April 2007. This was same as of Sept 15th. It's already 3 months and I can't wait and probably it will be late for me wait now.
4) I am planning to go for PREMIUM so that I can travel in NOV 07.

Will there be any issues in doing so?

Also, can you please tell what precautions or things I need to take care.

I have done this last year. Initially my employer applied for normal processing and due to emergency I asked my employer to change to premium processing (didn't give any additional docs) and I received the approval in 5 business days. I went to Canada and got stamped and went to India.

say if i do not go for PREMIUM, then can I still return US with the Receipt Slip
