Visit visa

HI Senior Members,

I applied for H1 is expered on oct 2nd and i applied for extension.. now i want to sponser visit visa for my inllaws...but my i 767 is not yet got from INS
so can i sponser them or not because my old H1 is expired..please give me the advise.

Hi Murali/senior members,

My parents got 10 years multiple visa on jan 2006.. still they are not entered USA.. after getting visa is there any specific time to enter in US..? or they can enter any time until they have visa valid..plz advise me about this..
