Does visa expire?

Hi,

I am planning to send my mom for a visa interview soon. Her visa got rejected 2 times. If she gets visa this time does it expire? Because we are p[lanning to bring her only on next year June-july? Is it good idea to go now itself. I would like to send her one more time if she gets rejected this time too. Thats why I am hurrying.

Please clarify.

I would recommend to go for visa close the travel date so you can avoid such situation of visa expiry limit, in case she is granted a 3 or months visa.
So apply few weeks before the actual travel plan.
