HI Good Morning
My Name is Sreenivasa Potu
I am in H1 . My H1 and I-94 was expired on 06/30/2007 . I applied for my H1 extension on May 22nd 2007 with premium processing.
unfortunately it went for security check. So now my H1 is still in pending status.But my mother in law had an appoint in November 8th 2007 in Mumbai for visitor visa. so my question is
is it required my I-797 approval. i don't know when it will approval. I have 1-129 receipt notice. can i provide this one to her . she can attend with out my I-797 approval notice
