Hi! I am now in the U.S.A. with my husband and my son. We've been here 5 months now and we would like to extend our stay for another 6 months. What are the chances that our application be approved. Any advice on how we will proceed with our extension application? I don't know if it matters that we are extending as a family. Would we have greater chances for approval if one of us ( parents )will go back to our home country and the other apply with our son. Because our son would really love it to stay longer and vist more states and experience the winter and snow here in the U.S.A. and if we will have a better chances of approval if we are not complete one of us ia willing to return home just so our son be approved to stay with anyone of us.
We really hope someone can give us advice on this. We have saved for this grand vacation and all of us were scheduled to go on leave from work and school to up to a year form our home country.
