Regarding my parents Visitor visa appointment

My Parents are having appointment on 22nd oct.My father is a retired HM.My mother is still working as HM.Somebody told me that my mother need to provide NOC(No objection certificate).But there is some delay in getting NOC.
Whether my mother will be asked for NOC during the interview.What are the other necessary documents they need to provide.Please help me if anybody know about this ASAP

IF your mother is working for a Govt. hob yes she may be asked for NOC.
Better to get one and better prepared.
