How can i apply for my parents come over to visit me??

I have conditional green card. My parents want to come over and visit me in U.S. But I don't know what to do? I did some research. There is such form as I-134. Should I fill out that form?? Who should I sent it to?? Immgration of U.S.? Whoever had experience with this please help!!

You need to fill I134 form, get it notarized and mail that to your parents with all the supporting documents. And they need to take that with the documents during their visa interview.
