I am really crunched for time. My situation is that I am finishing up my OPT and am in grace period and have until october 14 to change my status to B1 so that i can finish planning for my apparel business here in the US. I have my DS156, 157, passport, 2x2 photo, a business plan, proof of funds for the business, UBI number. I heard that I should send this application and related materials in, but cant find the address anywhere on the internet. I am trying to do this without an attorney, but if I have to i will hire one. I dont think its necessary at this point, but I am running out of time! Please help!
