I am taking Appoint for my Mother-in-law in Telugu While I am filling DS-156 I got Doubt on

Question 39), was This Application Prepared by Another Person On your Behalf??

Do I need to give answer yes or no?

What is your suggestion?

Not really. If you are preparing for your parents/in-laws(which most of us do anyways), you must say yes and complete #40 as well.
