H1 transfer within 2 weeks frm Oct 1 ,2007 - URGENT PLz HELP

hello,

I got my h1 from COMAPNY A. BUT company A is not showing any efforts for placing me at some client. I have got a offer from company B . Can I transfer my h1 without paystubs?? will it cause any problems. I have already gone through many problems in my H1 processing this year in RFE & STuff
& do not want more hassles.

Can someone please advise???

Welcome to the hell brother....you can do the h1 transfer without paystubs if your stay in USA is less than a month. The date of arrival which is in I94 +30 days.

are you sure, there will not be any problems in the transfer ...because i have gt my h4-h1 conversion with great pains ...& dont want any more troubles in tat ....

Pay stubs are a must, one of my friend has the same problem and ultimately he had to work with same company A only. Have 3 pay stubs and then it is easy.

It's better be on pay scale before changing companies... it's not advisabl;e to change the company with out paystubs..

Hi I will suggest that you can ho ahead with H1 Transfer ....Pay Stub is not that important in your case....MEanwhile ,you can continue with your present employer as a safe mode.
