***Appointment Problem***

I want to book and interview appointment for an L-1 visa. I've been trying to book one for the last 1 week but it always shows that no date ain't avail. Also, I see that the rule of 'if ur a english-speaker', u can attend an interview at one of the 4 consulates, has been reversed.

Does anybody have any information on the 'appointment date' problem?
