Hi seniors,

In my petition document ,My Date of Birth and Place of Birth is wrongly mentioned.How will impact it?Or can emnployer ask to change as it could be typographical mistake.

Please advise me what can be worsed case?I am very much worried about it.


Please share the experience if anyone have gone through such situataion...

check what's filled in the I129 form, but its a minor issue.

it happened to me too. but it's minor issue and they granted visa. if at all VO asks, be ready to say that it is typo. that's it.
