My wife is planning to travel to India and she is on H4 visa.
She has a valid H4 stamping till Oct-2008 from my 1st employer, I have changed my employer and have new I-94 and other docs from my new employer and it’s valid till Nov-2009 and I too still have the old H1 stamping from my 1st employer valid till Oct-2008.
When she comes back to US does she need to get a new stamping for H4, or she can come back with the old stamping.
What all docs would be asked for at immigration if she comes back on the old H4 stamping.
