Hi,
My mother’s visa has been rejected twice on the basis that she does not have enough ties in India. She is going back for the interview again the third time.
We have a 4 month old baby. If she is asked during the interview if we have any children should she say ‘yes’ or ‘no’. We are worried that if she says a ‘yes’ her visa might be rejected since they might assume that she is coming here to take care of the baby.
If she says ‘no’ is there any way that they would know that we do have a child.
Please guide us as to what is to be done so that her visa does not get rejected this time.
