Hi, both me and my husband are in US on H1. I am not working now and planning to go on H4 as I am pregnant. We are planning to get my parents here. Can my husband just show his docs stating he is the sponsor. Will they ask for my recent paystubs and bank statements as I didn't get a paystub in the last 2 months? I can show I-797 and my passport copies to show my visa validity. Will my parents have any problem with stamping because of this or is there any other way? Thanks in advance.

Your husband can be the sponsor and only his documents should be good.
( You only need to provide copy of your passport and birth certificate)
Do some home work and read :

Thanks Murali. Also do you know about the best time to find interview dates in Malayalam. For English the dates are available within 2 weeks also. But everytime I try to find a date in Malayalam, it says try after 24 hrs.
