Visitor visa Question

Hi,

My parents have valid multiple entry one year B2 visa until Sept 16, 2004. They came to US once on the same visa (between Nov 2003 - April 2004). My questions --

Can they go for new B2 visa stamping at US consulate before their current B2 visa expires? i.e Before Sept., 16th 2004. Is there any rule regarding this?

There is no such rule.
I am sure why you asking this question? are they planing to visit USA again with the visa expiry date?
A person with multiple entry visa entry can enter into USA any time with the visa expiry and the actual stay for trip will be given on I94 at POE.

if they want to visit in future , after the visa expires, they will need a new visa stamp.
