Visa for parents- while VISA expires in Sept

Hello,

I am on L1 A VISA and the I-94 has been issued till Aug 2006. But my VISA is vaild till Sept 2004. I am planning to invite my parents form Sept to Dec. Would there be any issue?

However, I would get my Passport stamped, whenever I would get a chance to travel to Singapore ( As my VISA was issued from there and my company HQ is in Singapore).

If you have a new approval that should be OK.
Visa stamp is not lways necessary for visa grant point of view.
