Hello,
Can I send the sponser documents to my mother in aug if her interview is scheduled in Nov?
If my husband is sponsering,then do I need to send copies of my passport too?

Do not send the docs so early. Documents needs to be as latest as possible and certainly not more then 3 months old.
A complete copy of your passport is required.
