Question Regarding DS156 and DS157

Hi,
I am working for Company A through a consulting company B from last one and half year and Company C for 2 and half years through same consultant. my Question is Shall I name Company A as my current employer and Company C as previous employer ? Or Company B as my current Employer?
Seniors please throgh some light on this query.

If you have offer letter from Company A

Pay stubs from Company A

Then it should be company A ,
Unless and untill asked by VO if you work for them or client ?till then dont state any thing
