Available dates in Chennai?

Hi,
I have been trying from past 4 days to book an appointment with Chennai consulate. I constantly get a message that " appointments are not currently available. Please check back after 24 hours"
Is it that no appointments available in near future(say one month) or that the system is down?
Anyone else facing the same problem?

Check next week. Dates are allotted in chunks. Keep a constant vigil on the site.
