Time gap between consecutive visits?

Hi
Currently, my parents are visiting me here in the USA. They have a 10yr visitor visa. Their current I-94 is valid until december this year. But, they are planning on leaving in October and return back in December. My question is, is there a time gap one should maintain between consecutive visits? Thank in advance

There is no specific rule for time gap.
A multiple entry valid visa holder can enter into USA as many times as he/she wants.
Howeevr this is upto the POE immigration officer to determine what is the time limit should be given on I94 for each visit.
