How many Docs per person.., I-134?

Hi ,

I am applying for my parents Visa, This is 2nd Attempt there Visa was refused earlier because of last name...conflict.

question 1: Is it required to send 2 set of papers ( employer letter, bank letter) for both of the parents (mother & father )..Or one letter of each will do for both.

Q:2?> Q#8 I-134...(person dependent)...is it asking about person dependent upon Sponser (living with him in U.S.A)???
I would appreciate an early reply.

#1. Only one is required and enough for one family ( parents).
#2. Person dependent directly like spouse and child.
