Should DS 156 form printed on both sides of a same page?
Or Printing on 2 separate pages is also fine.
I have this doubt, because the last time I filled it up, I filled on both sides on same page.

It's back to back, i.e., printed on the front and back of the same sheet. Don't print it out on 2 pages.
