Visa for Baby

Hi Murali

My husband has H1 visa and I have H4 visa stamped. I am currently in India.
We are expecting a baby in october. We need to get H4 for the baby.
Do we need to go for the interview for Baby?
Who has to sign the babys application? Father? or both parents?

I have another question.
We are planning to invite our parents on B1 to US later in the year.
While showing property documents as a proof to come back to India, do we need to valuate them. i.e, for a house bought in 1980, do we need to consult an engineer and get the current value of the property documented?

I guess you may have to go with the child.
Recently , the visa procedure has changed no more Drop box, and they dont have clear guidliens for such cases where the person is child age less 14 yrs and senior person age 79+.

Please contact the applicable consulate for the latest procedure. call them or email.
for the other question, you dont have to evluate it just a affidavit woudl be enough with original documents while go for the interview.
