Plz help me, I am so in need

I want to get appointmnet for my parents , but got some date in October at Chennai. There are no appointments before that.
1. Can I take appointment at Delhi early?
2. If yes what could be the reason to be given to Delhi consulate for attending there for visitor Visa instead of going to Chennai.Plz give me best reason.
3. Shall I cancel the Chennai appointment before booking appointment at Delhi or shall I keep the Chennai appointment as of now.
Once they get Visa at Delhi I can cancel Chennai one right.
Please help me to get my parents here ASAP.

I think you can.
Since the rule for such admistatrive task by consulates are keep chnahing frequesntly, so check with the appoitment provider( TTS / VFS) and do that.
For the reason, search this forum and you can find some pointers.
