B2 Document Q!

Hi,

My in-laws are going for a visitor visa interview on aug 26th.In which order they should arrange the documents. In-laws documents first and sponsors documents last OR the other way around. Somebody plz give me the order in which documents should be arranged.

My wife is also on H1 visa. But I am the one sponsoring them. Do we have to submit my wife's H1 approval copy and passport copy also.

Not sure abt how to arrange docs, but you MUST send ur wife's passport copy, H1B approval and original birth certificate (for mumbai consulate)

There is no specific order but by common sense these should be a proper logicsl order, example all documents sent by Soposor togather etc .
