My passport's last page (containing address and parents name) lamination is open in one side.Does it create any problem for visa stamping ? Can we repair it ?

It is possible to get a 221g for damaged passport and will ask you to get a new one or fixed one. No you cant repair it by yourself, you have to contact passport office.
