On the requirements section it says:
If USA citizen: Copy of certificate of citizenship.

On my certificate it says: Photocopy is probhited. I don't think I can make a copy of my naturalization certificate. Can I send my US passport copy? Is the copy of first page is ok or all pages?

I don't see any problem in sending copy of it..
Copy of complete passport including the blank page is required by consulate.
