Reaffirmed 221(g) petition

Hi All,

i have attended the consulate on 23rd january 2007 after the interview visa officer has issued me 221(g) white form stating that my application is being redirected to USCIS.After 6 months of wait my employer had received my I-797C petition stating that in the below

This is to advice you that we have reaffirmed our previous decision on the above application or petition which the Department of state had previously returned for review .We have forwarded the case back to the department of state for action.


Recently i had made a call to Chennai consulate they had told me to attend the consulate on any TUE,WED,THRU for visa interview and one of my friend who had also received the same 221(g) query white form got same response stating that to attend the consulate for interview and the problem is that he made a call to Department of state they told him that it nearly takes 90 to 120 days to reach the chennai consulate

Can u please guide me what is the step to be taken
