Received 221(g) yellow form to attend at local jurisdiction only

Hi,
recentle i attended H1b interview at newdelhi consulate, but VO gave me the yellow 221(g) form and told me to attend at local jurisdiction consulate only.

i am working for xx company which is having branches at GURGAON and HYDERABAD.Four months back i got transferred from gurgaon to hyderabad.
At the time of filling application,my employer mentioned the consulate as NEWDELHI.
My interview went like this at NEW DELHI (10:30 am):

me: good morning officer:
VO:good morning
VO: he asked my passport,I729,ds156
VO:what is your highest qulification
me:MCA
VO:which company u r working now
me:xx company
VO:how long
me:since june 2005
VO:how do u know abt this employer
me:some blah..blah
VO:he left the window for a while and came back and asked are u currently working in gurgaon or hyderabad
me:4 months back i moved to hyderabad,befor that i was in guragaon
vo:said,i don't believe u r working for gurgaon branch and u need to attend at chennai consulate with in 90 days.He gave me yellow form,passport and I729 (but has taken my ds156, ds157 form,hdfc bank slip)

the form marked with:
no new appointment neded and attend on any business day

I am planning to attend the interview in next week.
My question is do i need to fill my DS156 and DS157 again or it is not needed.
Please help if some body in this forum has faced similar kind of situation like me.

Please do not attend at other than jurisdiction consulate,they have some concerns on it

i suggest u to fill it again and keep it with u. most probably u will be asked for it.

What is the address mentioned in your passport,is it Dehi or Hyderbad?

my passport issued in hyderabad.
Earlier i had B1 visa which was issued at new delhi consulate.

It seems due to this reason they send back you chennai,because for
residence proof first preference they give to passport address.

You need to fill a DS156,157 everytime you go for an interview. In somecase if you are asked to come to the same consulate also, you need to carry a printout of Ds156 and 157 with a new photo. It is just like giving a resume everytime you attend a job interview
