I need a big suggestion.


I am working for company A on H1B, I got a offer from company B so I applied for H1B transfer and it got approved, after that company A is offering better package and GC process, so I do not want to go to company B. I want to stay with company A it self.

so this Company B will create any problem for me legally?

Simran/Seniors please give me suggestion.

No, if u haven't signed anything. legally if u haven't joined them then u r fine. but u cannot stop them to sue u. that's the different thing whether they will win the case or not?

hi, Simran, Thank you for quick response,

I just sign the offer letter which they sent me before transfer is going to happen, nothing more than that.

if they win the sue what may be the impact.


please help me.
