Hi all ,
I have joined with new company and don't like to join with their medical benefits and I got medical insurance by my own .
My emplyoer says if he joins with their insurance he will give 15% benefit on the premium otherwise he will not give any benefits ..
could any one let me know is it law the company has to give some % of benefits on the medical premium .
