is 4 mnths sufficient time to sponser someone?

Hello,
I am in the USA for a duration of 6 months on H1B. Its already been about 3 months and I am planning to sponsor my mother and sister for a months's trip, probably in the last month of my stay. My question is, is my duration stay so far (about 3- 4 months) enough to sponsor two people? Could it be objectional to the Consulate ?

I have no problems on the funds side.

I dont see any problem just because of your duration in USA. Few ke yhrings however financial backings, and other documents which will be key factor for the visa grant. so go ahead follow the process and apply.

The only thing i guess would be that i need to submit the Indian IT returns proof instead of the US. what do you say ?

Not a bad idea, but must provide few of your recent salary stub, bank statement etc
