need urgent help!!!

Murali, Need your advise.
My brother is coming to US in B1 visa sponsored by his company. He has come to US many times on this visa(He has 10 Yr multiple entry). Now he is married. Is it possible for him to get visitor visa for his wife. How likely is it that her application may get rejected?

Another possibility is that I can sponsor her(my sis-in-law) to get a visitor visa. I am on H1 Visa(I485 pending).

Which one is the better approach?

What documents will be required if my brother is sponsoring his wife?

Yes, he can surely apply for his wife as a dependent and companion , without any problem.
This is much safe and better approach then you sponsor her .
He need to get an letter from his US company requesting consulate to issue an visitor visa for his wife. And he himself need to provide a letter requesting consulate to issue a visa for her to travel with him and he being taking care of all the expenses. with prrof of his travelling plan like (copy of tickts etc) and financial backing in terms of bank statment and bank balance.
