Need help-Experience people please reply

My Mom had come to US last year december 12 and she stayed here till may 29th 2007. Now i want to get her here again in september end is it ok to get her back now? will there be any problem for her in the port of entry or will they give her limited stay or something like that? please help.

There is a high possibility of lesser number of days/month to be given on I94 this time, since officer at POE has concern if person makes more then one entry to US, within 12 months.
