Unique Situation

I have been in US for 4 years now, and got divorced here 2years back,
My family has seen a match for me, i have spoken to the girl for over 1 year,
now i plan to bring her to US for a period of 3 weeks along with my mother,
as per her families wish, she is gainfully employed in India, she live with her mother alone, she had her h1b approved last year, she did not move to US, as she was not satisfied with sponsoring Desi company and requested them to cancel the same.
I have w2 for the last 3 years, and have always been on project.
My Mother is a widow, she plans to go back in 45 days as she is the one who takes care of her mother.

Why dont you go india marry her and bring her here as on H4 or H1 along with your mom.This is very streight solution BRO...

The issue is i have a 12year old son, my lady wants to spend some time
with him, to make him comfortable that is that is the whole issue.

My concern is how to sponsor her, should we be forth right and say, i am going to meet my future husband and step son
or bring her in as a friend,

Should i send both my mom and her in the same slot or diff, any input could be great help.

Once you marry her,you can get marriage certificate,then you can apply H4 for her.
Once she becomes mother for yuor son,then the approch is easy and as psycolgically
she can behave in a streight manner,probelm solves

Then you need to book slots
differently for your mom and your wife.try for both(mom and wife),if luckily
both apporoves at the same time when you are in indai,
then you allc an come ,if not wait till both visa's aproves.as per my idea
for H4 she can get
visa in first attempt,mom's visa may take seom time,so after they both can
come here.
