Hi.
My parents have a 10 year multiple entry visa. They are currently in USA and have valid stay time of 6 months, but due to family reasons they need to return back to India. I was wondering if I want them to visit us again, I was wondering after how long can they reenter USA? Is there a restriction on how long they have to stay in India before they can revisit?
Does their next visit also depend on how long they have already stayed in USA in their current visit?
Thanks.

There is no time limit define, they can enter any time when ever they want within those 10yrs as long as their visa is valid.
It is recommended that one should not make frequent trips to US within 12 months time frame it already spend more 6 months in US in that given year.

Thanks Murali. I was wondering when does the one year clock start ticking, meaning on Jan 1st of each year or is it the day they entered USA in this current trip?
I want to call them again after 6 months and they have currently stayed in USA for only 2 months.

I was wondering how many travels are considered frequent. I understand that there is no clear guideline but from your experience how many travels would you consider frequent?
Can somebody enter 2 times in the same travel year and stay less than 6 months in that travel year?
