Hi,

Until now my mom's visa got rejected 4 times. During all these appointments she went alone and only the first time the documents were seen. Other times no document was looked at. My mom is a widow, Me and my brother are the only kids and my brother stays with my mother. My brother is a Govt employee for more than 7 yrs now. This time I am thinking to apply for her visa along with my brother.

Does applying along with my brother would increase the chances of my mother getting visa.

If my brother's visa gets rejected, will this cause any problem if he applies for H1 or L1 in future.

Has anybody had any experience like this or any thoughts/ideas? Please let me know as this would be of great help to me.

Thanks

Each case is different and depends on many factors, you need to spend some time analyze the case that it was rejected last 4 times and then prepare accordingly.
I dont think applying with brother, will have any extra advantges.
No It should not have any impact on H Or L visa, even if B visa is refused.
