Name change in DS156

1. As modification doest not allow any corrections till Q14 , how to make correction in the sur name and given name?
2. I have retired and nw working as a IT-Retainer for a company. What I will have to answer for the Question "Are you retired yes/No" If No, the present emplyer cololum is blaked out. How tell that we are still working?

Can some one help me as I got only 15 days to appear for the Turism Visa.

Not sure how you can make name changes, contact VFS.
About the other question, if you are getting salary you are working and not retired so write accordingly.
