Me and my mother is applying for b2 visa nad my sisiter is sponsering us she is on H1B visa for last 10 months.I am 29 years old unmarried female working in airline and my mother is a house wife.I am getting free tickets for bith of us from my airline.I have got the sponsership letter and form w2 and bank statement and salaryslip from my sister.I am also attaching my salary slip and IT return and bank statement of approx 4laks and my moms around 8 to 9lakhs.
Pls advise still my mother and I need a letter from father and his IT return? he is a business man and cannot provide IT return.
Do I need to write a covering letter with my documents?
Do I need to get a consolidator letter from CA of property value and bank statement if yes then it would be combined for my mom and me or sepate? we both going for interview together.
My sister does not have birthcertificate pls adv is it necessary? we have ration card.

Ans. I dont think you would need to provide a letter from your father or his IT return. If your mom has been filing IT returns use it

Ans. Not needed. Affadavit should suffice( go through list of documents mentioned in this website)

Ans. If you are staying with parents, consolidated document would do. It's better to get your property evaluated from authrorized people. If you have your own property do not forget to include them
