Hi All,
It would be of great help if you someone could reply to this soon.
I accepted a good offer from company A and they told me that my H1 transfer papers have been sent to INS.
But the LIN/EAC number for my case will be received from INS only after 15-20 days (given the INS workload). But my project joining date is in another 3 days.
Iam not sure whether I should join them before receiving the reciept number from INS at the same time I don't want to lose theis offer?
Iam confused plz advice..
