Hi,
My I 140 is approved and My H1B extension is filed on 8/2 for another three years.
But I have not received any recipts yet.My h1B expiring on 8/20 ( completed six years).
can I continue working after 8/20 on the basis that h1B extension is filed, Or we need to have recipt of h1b extension file to continue working and to maintain my status on h1b ?
My i 485 is filed as secondary aplicant on 2nd july in NSC, no recipts for that either.
