Visitor Visa and I-94 durations question

Q1: Is Visitor Visa granted for 10 years to everybody or is it upto the VO that they can give it for 10 years or 6 months?

Q2: If Visitor Visa is granted for 6 months, and the travel is done in 5th month or 6th month, then for how much time would the Immigration Officer give on I-94?

ANS - Up to VO.

Q2: If Visitor Visa is granted for 6 months, and the travel is done in 5th month or 6th month, then for how much time would the Immigration Officer give on I-94?

Ans : You can travel any day before visa expires the Date given on I-94 still give 6 months.
