Hi,
My visa is expiring on 30-sep-07, i have extended my I94 for me and my spouse, i have received my extended copy of I797 but i have not received my wife I539 yet, i am planning to go back to india on last of august and returning back to USA on 2 week of september, is it possible for me and my spouse to travel back to USA,i am worried because i have not received my spouse I539, iam planning to take her with me while i travel to USA, whether my spouse will have any issues in Port of Entry or she will be allowd to enter USA with my I94extended copy.
