Regarding H-1 B

hi...

my query is that i got H1-B stamped last year in September which is valid till 2009 but i hav't yet travelled on this work Visa. Is it madatory to travel on this Visa within a year or so.....since i hav't travelled on H1-b yet i hope it wont get lapsed or something....

Does anybody has any idea abt this...

I don't think so ... you can travel until it expires...

same with me .. stampd in Nov 10, 2006, i will travel next year ...

after 1 and half month...

They dont lapse, maybe you got confused with the hdfc barcodes.

H1 will lapse only after the expiry date on the visa stamp. i am pretty sure abt it.
