AR-11 Change of address

Hi,

I entered US (New York) on visitors visa 1 month back and have a i94 of 3 months.A few days back i moved to chicago..

1. Should i send ar-11 notifying my change of address?
2. I plan to extend my stay..shud i apply for an extension or just leave the country and get back to get a fresh i94 (Have 10 yr multiple entry visa)

1. No. It is not required for you.
2. You should apply for an extension.
