vfs site gives you an option to choose the language you want for interview. However i have been trying for many days and whenever i choose Marathi/Gujurathi it says no dates available.
I was wondering if someone could help understand if i choose English and schedule a date can my mother ask for translator on a day of interview.
Thanks

I don't think anyone will help ur mother on the day of the interview.
Translator will not be available unless your appointment indicates it.
I suggest u to check for appointments frequently and you will definitely get it.

It all depends. My inlaws were recently interviewed in Hindi though it was schedule for in English. VO asked my MIL/FIL in what language they spoke best [ FIL- ENG, HIND, Marthi & FIL only Hindi & marathi] .. They both were taken to a VO who took their interview in Hindi  . All the question were asked to my MIL & none to FIl  . Ensure that both parents are well prepared
