B2(Vistor Visa) for single Entry

I want to know that can I apply a single entry Visa for my friend who want to come here for some day for tour.But I want to give him single entry on my documents.Any body know the way for single entry B2 Visa?

There is no separate form or procedure for single entry visa, you may write in the letter to consulate to issue only single entry visa.
