VFS Error Message - "Select 'Exit' button and contact our help line for further info"

Hi,
I was trying to retrieve my father's application form for checking available dates for 'Visitor Visa' in Chennai. I was able to retrieve the form successfully, until yesterday.

I am getting this error message now 'Select 'Exit' button and contact our help line for further information'. Does anyone know what this error message means?

It's really frustrating, firstly they don't have any slots open, now, I am getting this which might mean I'd miss an ppointment.

Hi,

The un-scheduled visa application will be stored maximum 7 days in VFS website. If you try to access the application on 8th day, you will get 'Select Exit button and contact helpline...' message.

I got the same error message and got a reply from VFS chennai office that my application expired.

Thank you so much! That is so relieving..
The error message is really out of context and ridiculous(it could have been meaningful instead), and infact increases messages and phone-calls to VFS..
