I 134 Question 9 please help

me and my husband both are working, my husband US citizen(2006 april) and me on GC (MAy, 2007). Now im sponsiring for my mom for B2 visa. Do i need to specify my husband's name on Question 9, where it asks for do we have any dependents, if i need to does it have to be partially dependent?
Will there be any effect of my husband being a citizen on my visa process?
my mom has 2 daughters, one in india and me here in US.
Any advice on these matter is really appreciated please help.

IF not dependent no need to specify.
There is no effect of some one being a US citizen.

its is question 8, but on this site itself http://www.path2usa.com/immigration/resources/sample/I134_guidelines.htm
it says we need to specify, but on I34 guide lines it doesnt specify anything.

so anyone please who has anyisite on this type of situation please help
